GE HealthCare & Imparta Recognised with Stevie® Award

Fairfax, VA (USA) / London (UK), May 2026 - GE HealthCare and Imparta have been awarded a Bronze Stevie® Award for Sales Training or Coaching Programme of the Year, recognising the success of their collaborative work to design and deliver the PDX Sales Academy.

The award recognises the success of the PDX Sales Academy in building a scalable, buyer-centric approach to commercial capability and performance improvement.

Developed in partnership with Imparta, the PDX Sales Academy was launched in 2023 to deliver consistent sales training and coaching for managers, transactional sellers and consultative sellers. Following strong early results, the programme has expanded significantly and has now delivered more than 100 workshops to over 280 participants across North America, South America, Europe and Asia in Sales, Customer Experience and Leadership Development.

"Winning this award is a fantastic recognition of what can be achieved through a close, strategic partnership," said Claire Cologne, Global Head of Sales at Imparta.

Kerry Reeder, Sales Enablement & Digital Transformation, GE HealthCare, said. "At the heart of the PDx Sales Academy is our belief that when you invest in your people, performance follows. This recognition reflects the impact of building a truly global, buyer-centric Sales Academy that aligns how we develop our people with how our customers buy."

A key factor in the Academy’s success has been its focus on long-term behaviour change, combining leadership sponsorship, rigorous measurement of leading and lagging indicators, and practical Deal Clinics that help sellers apply new skills to live opportunities while enabling managers to coach more effectively.
