AI Training Informed by Behavioural Science and AI Best Practice
Most organisations now provide AI tools for their people. But amid the change and disruption, they’re struggling to take the opportunities that AI presents. Getting value from AI isn’t just about access to tools—it’s about people knowing how to use them well.
To help organisations bridge that gap, Cambridge-based consultancy Acteon has launched How to be good at AI - a set of human-centred practical solutions, starting with free, TikTok style training content designed to build confidence and capability with AI across whole teams.
The training is delivered in five short, TikTok style videos, each focused on one, simple achievable action anyone can apply to any GenAI tool.
Each bite-size lesson combines AI best practice with Acteon's behavioural approach, to focus on the small choices and actions that help people use AI well.
"AI adoption is a people challenge, not a technology one," said James Woodman, Director at Acteon. “Most organisations are focusing on the tools. But the real impact comes from people. The everyday choices people make determine whether AI improves performance – or wastes time and creates risk."
The launch responds to three challenges Acteon hears repeatedly from L&D and transformation leaders:
- building AI capability quickly and at scale
- reducing risk while encouraging adoption
- making sure people are using AI effectively
Each solution works individually or in combination and will help organisations build confidence, reduce risk and work more effectively.
