OEB 2026

The Global Learning Community will Gather in Berlin

Berlin (GER), June 2026 - From 2 to 4 December, more than 2,000 decision-makers, experts, practitioners and innovators from over 70 countries will come together to exchange ideas, share experiences and explore the future of learning, education and workforce development.

Under the theme "Sovereign Learning: Trust, Agency & the Education Reset", OEB 2026 will examine how education and training systems can respond to rapid technological change while strengthening trust, human agency and institutional resilience.
With the Call for Proposals now closed and one of the strongest responses in recent years, this year's programme is already taking shape around the issues that matter most to the international learning community. Across three days of keynotes, debates, workshops, interactive sessions and networking opportunities, participants will engage with leading thinkers and practitioners tackling some of the most pressing challenges facing learning today.
Beyond the programme, OEB remains one of the most important international meeting points for professionals working across education, workplace learning, government and technology. It is a place to make new connections, strengthen partnerships, exchange practical insights and discover new approaches from around the world.
Early Bird rates are available until 30 June.
