Launch of the Learning Practitioner Profile™ Assessment
Developed by learning strategist and industry thought leader Dr. Kristal Walker, the Learning Practitioner Profile™ helps practitioners identify how they naturally contribute across the learning lifecycle — from diagnosing performance needs and designing solutions to facilitating learning experiences and measuring impact.
The Learning Practitioner Profile™ was built exclusively for the L&D profession. The assessment evaluates patterns of professional contribution, capability alignment, and developmental opportunities through the lens of Proverbs University’s proprietary 4D Learning Lifecycle™ Framework: Design, Develop, Deliver, and Debrief.
"Many learning professionals enter the field through different paths and experiences, yet few tools exist to help them understand where they create the greatest value," said Dr. Walker, Chief Learning Officer of Proverbs University. "The Learning Practitioner Profile™ was designed to provide meaningful insight into how practitioners show up in their work and where they may be best positioned to thrive."
Participants receive a personalized report highlighting their primary strengths, supporting capabilities, developmental opportunities, and potential career alignments within the learning and talent development profession.
The Learning Practitioner Profile™ is now available through Proverbs University and will serve as a foundational component of the organization’s growing portfolio of certifications, professional development programs, and learning leadership resources.
