Lumify Group Appoints Leaders for Professional Capability and Careers

These appointments mark an important milestone in Lumify Group's evolution as the organisation continues to strengthen how it supports businesses, governments and individuals in building the skills and capabilities they need to succeed.

Ayisha will lead Lumify Group's Professional Capability business, which focuses on delivering workforce upskilling, professional capability development and organisational learning solutions. Her portfolio includes Lumify Work, Nexacu, City Desktop Training, Plain English Foundation, ENS, Lumify Work New Zealand and the Group's Philippines operations.

Joshua will lead the Careers business, overseeing Lumify Learn and Lumify People, with responsibility for accredited learning pathways, industry certifications and career-focused education that supports the technology workforce of the future.
