iSpring Extends AI Course Generation to Slide-based Courses

In May, iSpring put an AI course generator inside iSpring LMS and iSpring Cloud AI. Those drafts arrive as scrollable courses, edited in the browser. The format that was missing is the one built in PowerPoint: the slide course, narrated, and published as a package.

What lands in PowerPoint

The draft is a presentation, built slide by slide. It opens with a title slide, runs through content slides broken up by section dividers, and finishes with a closing slide. Every slide carries a heading, the text that sits on it, a stated learning purpose, and a written description of an illustration that would suit the point being made.

Authors choose at the settings stage whether AI writes voiceover text. Ask for it and the narration goes into the speaker notes, with less text left on the slides themselves. Turn it off and more of the content sits on the slide. The choice matters more here than it does for browser-based content: a slide course is often watched rather than read.

The outline is where authors take control

Before any slides are built, AI proposes the course parameters, including the goal, the audience, the learning objectives and a writing style. Each is editable. The outline follows, and modules can be rewritten, reordered, duplicated or cut. An author who prefers to steer with a prompt can describe the change and generate a fresh version.
