Taking the conversation further

Learning Technologies 2026 brought together the workplace learning community at a time of rapid change for L&D. Artificial intelligence continues to reshape learning technology, while organisations are also grappling with changing skills requirements, new approaches to learning design and delivery and growing expectations about the contribution learning makes to organisational performance.

The Autumn Forum provides an opportunity to return to these conversations, look beyond the immediate headlines and examine what developments mean in practice for learning professionals and their organisations.

Sessions will explore the issues emerging from this year’s Learning Technologies Conference & Exhibition, with speakers sharing practical experience, lessons learned and perspectives on where workplace learning is heading next.

Further details of the Learning Technologies Autumn Forum 2026 programme and speakers will be announced ahead of the event.
