A Single Prompt

Thrive Has Launched 100+ Kiki Admin Tools

Nottingham (UK), September 2026 - Thrive, the AI-powered enablement platform, today launched Kiki Admin, putting over 100 platform actions behind a single prompt. Create and manage content, audiences, permissions and events – ask Kiki, and she handles it. This marks a step change in what it means to run a modern people platform, and makes the case for Thrive as an operating system for people teams, not just another tool in the stack.

From answer to action

Kiki has, until now, supported Thrive admins by finding information, extracting data and building content. Kiki Admin is a step beyond that: instead of guiding an admin through a task, she now does it.

Ask Kiki to find content that hasn't been viewed in 18 months, and she returns the list and asks whether to archive it. Say yes, and it's done. Ask her to find every user with a given skill, and she builds them into a new audience. Tasks that took hours now take one conversation.

In testing, finding stale, unviewed content took up to four hours manually. With Kiki, it took two minutes.
Cassie Gasson, Co-CEO at Thrive, said: "People teams are being asked to do more with less every year. The admin that comes with running a learning platform – tagging, auditing, user management, permissions – takes hours every week that aren't going on developing people. Kiki Admin gives that time back."

A team of agents

Kiki Admin joins a wider family of Thrive agents, each built for a different part of the job:

Kiki Assist searches Thrive content, trusted external sites and connected tools including SharePoint, and can filter to endorsed content only – so it's never surfacing outdated or unverified answers
Kiki Analyst answers questions about platform data – completion rates, engagement, compliance status – with a dashboard behind every answer
Kiki Coach runs structured coaching conversations based on a learner's activity, skills and goals, rather than a generic script

Built to consolidate, not to add

Most organisations run separate tools for learning, communications and content, each with its own licence, admin overhead and login. Thrive replaces that sprawl. For organisations running a separate LMS and intranet, Thrive replaces both.
