iSpring AI Days Explores What L&D Should Delegate to AI
AI can generate training materials, analyse data and automate parts of course development. But as more tools enter the L&D workflow, a new challenge emerges: how should teams coordinate these capabilities, and who makes the decisions that matter?
That question is at the centre of iSpring AI Days 2026, taking place online on Wednesday 28 October. The free conference will bring together L&D leaders, instructional designers and eLearning professionals to explore AI orchestration, looking beyond individual tools to examine how AI and human expertise can work together across learning projects.
The conference will examine how L&D teams can make these decisions throughout their workflows, from choosing which tasks to automate to reviewing the quality of what AI produces.
Key topics will include:
- AI adoption and organisational culture
- Content quality
- Ethics, security and compliance
- Keeping pace with AI
Another focus will be the value of experience. AI can assist with content creation, personalisation and analysis, but understanding workplace context, recognising weak examples and knowing what learners need to achieve still depend on human expertise.
The programme will also include a look at the latest developments in iSpring's AI toolkit.
