Personalized Learning Survey
Delray Beach, FL (USA), September 2016 - Personalized learning is a process of providing learning experiences based on employees’ professional and personal needs and interests and being able to access that learning in a venue and time frame that is best for the employee. The goal of this approach is to tailor learning to the employee and, therefore, make it more attractive and impactful.
Today, learning for the employee needs to be continuously available and highly relevant. For learning to drive the specific performance of an employee, it must be customized to the employee’s learning style and working environment.
In this study, Brandon Hall Group will examine what makes an efficient and effective personal-learning approach. It also looks at how organizations view personalized learning, how they are incorporating personal learning into their learning strategy, and how personalized learning is aligned with both employee and organizational objectives.
The survey should take about ten minutes to complete. To show our appreciation for your time, those who complete the survey and provide their email will
