Project Reconnect aims to help refugees in Germany rebuild their lives by facilitating access to education and information resources on the web.

EUROSTARS Fund IMPACHS Project

Copenhagen (DK), July 2017 - IMPACHS, which stands for IMProving Availability and Cost-effectiveness of Mental Healthcare for Schizophrenia through mHealth, is a research project funded by Eureka/Eurostars and the Innovation Fund in Demark. Its task is to design, develop, and provide clinical evidence for the use of smartphone-based intervention technology, with the goal of improviming availability and cost-effectiveness of mental healthcare for outpatients diagnosed with schizophrenia.

The Continuation of the Go-Lab Success Story

Saarbrücken (GER), February 2017 - Within the framework of the Go-Lab project, which started in November 2012 and ended in October 2016, a web portal for online laboratories and learning applications was developed to promote inquiry-based science teaching and learning in schools in fifteen European countries. The project targeted students aged from 10 to 18 and aimed to wake their interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) subjects, inspire them to learn, and motivate them to start a scientific career in the future.

InDigiTrain: on Digital Media in Professional Training

Friedrichsdorf (GER), August 2016 - InDigiTrain stands for "integrated digital training", viewed as a motor for making the continuing education and training structures of speech therapists and hygiene professionals more flexible. The collaborative project promoted by the Germany’s Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the European Union’s European Social Fund (ESF) started 01 June 2016. The German company M.I.T is a cooperation partner in the collaborative project, together with the Workers’ Welfare Association (AWO) chapter in Ennepe/Ruhr, and Bildungsinstitut im Gesundheitswesen (BiG - Training Institute for Health Services). The Open University in Hagen is the project coordinator.
