Unique Human Rights Study Programme at Leuphana Starts Again

Lüneburg (GER), May 2022 - The safeguarding and protection of human rights is the focus of the internationally sought-after part-time Master's programme "Governance and Human Rights" at the Professional School of Leuphana University Lüneburg. With their degree, students can qualify for jobs in international organisations, development cooperation, or non-governmental organisations. This September, the English-language study programme will be offered for the seventh time. Applications can be submitted online until 31 May.

The effort is called KAMAELEON, the German acronym for "Contact-Based, Adaptive Measures for Effective Learning Support in Continuing Education", and it is also the title of his presentation at the LEARNTEC congress, 01 June at 16:15.

Sandra Hildebrand, a research assistant in the Cybersecurity Learning Lab at Regensburg, Germany’s Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule (OTH), spoke with CHECK.point eLearning about the benefits of this video technology and scenarios for its application. Feedback with AI and Trusted Learning Analytics at Universities

Frankfurt/Hagen (GER), April 2022 - In the joint project known as IMPACT, five universities are working together that have outstanding expertise in the area of ethical, legal, and social implications (ELSI), as well as practical experience in the didactic use of learning analytics. The effort, whose full title is "Implementation of AI-Based Feedback and Assessment with Trusted Learning Analytics at Universities", is being undertaken by Frankfurt am Main’s Goethe Universität, Berlin’s Humboldt Universität, the FernUniversität in Hagen (Germany’s only state distance learning university), the Freie Universität of Berlin, and Universität Bremen.
