Milan (IT), June 2009 - Directed at all those concerned with organizational knowledge management and communication, this forum will be held from 12-16 October 2009 in Milan, Italy. It features a combination of presentations, exhibition space, and knowledge-management tutorials.
The event focuses on the management of data, information, documents, and multimedia files, as well as on intangibles like competence, emotions, and personal values. The official conference language is Italian.
