Call for Papers for eLBa 2013

Rostock (GER), February 2013 - The sixth international conference "eLearning Baltics" (eLBa) 2013, which will take place 20 - 21 June 2013 in Rostock, Germany will again bring together researchers, practitioners, and scientists; business people and users; people using eLearning products and services; as well as people producing them.




eLBa2013 covers various aspects of learning, training, and teaching with digital media in various settings such as classroom, university, workplace, home, and mobile environments. This includes formal as well as informal methods and technologies in different branches like vocational education and training, tertiary education, and research, but also construction and different levels of manufacturing like the office or shop-floor level.

eLBa2013 addresses diverse topics and perspectives, technologies and theories, implementations, and evaluations of eLearning from the fields of computer science, pedagogy, psychology, and design.

Accordingly, experts are invited from all these fields to contribute to eLBa2013.

eLBa2013 is structured as follows:

  • eLBa Science -- an international scientific conference with paper presentations
  • eLBa Business -- a business congress and user forum with workshops
  • eLBa Exhibition -- an accompanying exhibition for eLearning products and services.

The eLBa2013 is supported by Gesellschaft für Informatik (GI), the German network of professionals teaching, researching, and working in computer science, and by the German Chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).

Deadline for submission of workshop specifications: 10 March 2013
