London (UK), October 2009 - (by Bob Little) SkillSoft PLC has announced the results of a survey of some 1,800 learners which shows that some 70 per cent of them consider SkillSoft's Live Learning virtual instructor-led training (virtual ILT) to be just as effective as conventional ILT.
