mature@eu supports individuals and organisations in their desire to become effective in age-diverse recruitment and responds to new employment needs. Funded by the EU Lifelong Learning Programme, it has been developed within the project "Supports Employers in Recruiting and Selecting Mature Aged Persons - mature@eu", which has received the EU-wide "Keeping on Track Best Practice Award" 2009.

The Award was bestowed on the ground that the overall project quality is excellent, and it has promoted lifelong learning through fresh strategic choices, innovative thinking, and new solutions.
