Making the Case for Blended Learning
Munich (GER), August 2015 - Speexx has released a white paper to help HR and L&D professionals successfully manage blended-learning programmes. Based on in-depth industry research, the four-page report offers practical guidelines for building and developing blended projects in a globalised workplace.
Blended learning is the tech-enabled combination of eLearning and instructor-led tuition. Some 98% of organizations plan to increase or maintain their blended-learning budgets in the coming years, and in 2014, almost 30% of all learning content was delivered in blended scenarios. But many companies are still struggling when it comes to implementation.
"Making the Case for Blended Learning" covers three main issues:
- how to get the perfect blend and keep Millennials engaged
- how blended learning reduces costs and drives ROI
- how to kick-start a blended-learning project in seven steps.
The report includes exclusive research data with responses from senior human-resources and learning-development professionals. The data was collected as part of Speexx Exchange, a global forum for talent-management experts.
"Blended learning is all about flexibility and personalisation", says Armin Hopp, Founder and President of Speexx. "We’re passionate about helping our customers find solutions that really work for their employees and address their individual needs. With this white paper, they’ll be able to lay the foundations for new projects, demonstrate the measurable benefits of blended learning, and get top management buy-in."
