Berlin, September 2018 - eLearning Africa, die größte Konferenz des Kontinents zu Bildung, Ausbildung und Technologie, findet in diesem Jahr in Ruanda statt. Zu den Key Speakern des Events, das unter der Schirmherrschaft der ruandischen Regierung vom 26. bis 28. September im Kigali Convention Centre durchgeführt wird, zählen einige der weltweit namhaftesten Experten in den Bereichen Bildung und Technologie.

Berlin (GER), September 2018 - Speakers at this year’s eLearning Africa include Professor Nii Narku Quaynor, who established some of Africa's first internet connections; Dr Martin Dougiamas, the founder of the open source learning platform Moodle; Elliott Masie, founder of the Masie Center and Chair of the Learning Consortium; Dr Bitange Ndemo of the University of Nairobi; and academic, anti-apartheid campaigner and entrepreneur, Dr Mamphela Ramphele.

Neritz, Juli 2017 - Die im schwedischen Växjö ansässige IST Group, Marktführer für Bildungs- und Schulverwaltungs-Software in Skandinavien, hat die Ramcke DatenTechnik GmbH (RDT), seit 1987 Hersteller von Schul-IT-Software für den deutschen Bildungsmarkt, übernommen. Damit werden künftig neben Bildungseinrichtungen in Schweden, Norwegen und Dänemark auch deutsche Schulen von den Software-Lösungen der neuen Firmierung beider Unternehmen profitieren. Ziel ist die Entwicklung einer webbasierten Schulverwaltungs-Lösung, die als erstes gemeinsames Pilotprojekt zum Schuljahresbeginn 2018/2019 realisiert werden soll.
